“Made in Iowa” and “What’s so Funny”

Scott Siepker, star of the Iowa Nice viral videos and an accomplished actor, writer, producer, and filmmaker, will be in Iowa City on Thursday, March 31 and Friday, April 1 supporting the efforts of Iowa City UNESCO City of Literature.

On Thursday March 31, Scott will speak at a special Brewlab Happy Hour about why he has chosen to pursue his dreams here in Iowa and thinks you can make just about any dreams come true here too. Tickets are $15. Brewlab will provide Iowa Nice specials on food and drink!

Siepker also will emcee a special Friday morning event, “What’s So Funny?” a new humorous business breakfast featuring local writers and leaders. Tickets are $30 and breakfast will be served.

Both events are open to the public and all are welcome. Space is limited so grab them while you can!

Scott started off as a stage actor at Iowa State University, where he received his bachelor degree in psychology. Scott has gone on to co-found the film company, Iowa Filmmakers, which has been responsible for the Iowa Nice series of hit videos that included a two season run on ESPNU’s College Football Daily.
